Frequently Asked Questions

Just like the Ontario Bar Exams, each full, 160 question practice exam should be completed within four hours. We recommend taking a 30 minute break at the halfway mark.

We recommend that you complete the 60 question Mini-Exams  in 1 hour and 30 minutes.

There will be a timer that will assist you with keeping track of time.

Two attempts. However, you are free to take the mini-exams as many times as you like.

No. Unfortunately, we do not have the functionality at this time to save your answers. Therefore, please do not exit your browser while taking a practice exam, or else you will lose all your answers and that attempt. When you try to exit out of your browser, you will be given a prompt that warns you of this. If you’d like to take a break – feel free to do so, but please do not exit the browser.  The same goes for when you are checking your answers. Leave your browser opened at all times.

It contains many useful features, including a timer, bookmarking capabilities, a calculator, and the ability to track which section you are in at all times.

Both the mini and paid exams contain individual questions, along with case-set questions at the end of every section. The topics covered on the Barrister exams are civil litigation; criminal law; family law and public law. The topics covered on the Solicitor exams are business law; estates litigation and real estate. Both exams will also have professional responsibility questions dispersed throughout.

Both the mini and paid exams will show your overall result and how you performed on each section.

Furthermore, you will be able to see exactly which questions you got wrong, and comprehensive solutions to each question – including references to statutes or case law where necessary.

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to complete your two attempts.

Unfortunately, no refunds are available. We are proud to offer our paid exams at a very low cost, and we are confident you will be happy with the product.
