By using the services or the information available on this website or purchasing any products or services available on this website, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Changes In Terms of Use and Website

ABP may modify, update or discontinue the website or services or any part of the website or services at any time without providing any notice. If you continue to access this website following the posting of any changes or revisions to these terms and conditions, such continued access or use will constitute your acceptance of such changes or revisions. We will not be responsible for any negative impact that these questions may have on your bar examination performance.

Purchase Terms

  1. Three Attempts: Purchase of the Full Barrister Exam, Full Solicitor Exam or any of our question sets will provide you with three attempts to complete each. No further attempts will be provided. You are not permitted to share an account and split attempts with any other person.
  2. No Refunds: All purchases are final.
  3. Expiry Date: You will have 75 days from the date of your purchase to complete your three attempts. No extensions will be provided.

Caution: When you click “Finish Test” on the last question of the practice examinations or question sets, you are unable to go back. Therefore, please make sure to only click the button when you are finished.

Practice Exam Questions

The questions that may be purchased on this website are not intended to replicate or reproduce the questions of the Ontario barrister and solicitor licensing examinations. The practice questions are solely intended to assist you in navigating through the licensing material and to test the various concepts highlighted in the material. ABP makes no express or implied representations, warranties, guarantees, or promises that the practice questions provided on this website reflect the topics that may be tested on the Ontario barrister and solicitor licensing examination.

Further, ABP does not, expressly or implicitly, represent, warrant, guarantee, or promise the accuracy of the practice questions available on this website. ABP will not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the practice questions available on this website. Any information you may receive on this website, including information provided in the practice questions, should not be relied upon without further independent confirmation. ABP will not be liable for any causes of action of any nature arising from the use of the practice questions available on this website or the use of any other service provided on this website or by ABP.

Registration and Practice Exam Access

While all Mini-Exams are free of charge, you must register to access the Full, Paid Exams along with the Professional Responsibility question set. You are not permitted to share your username or password with others or permit or authorize others to use your registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other account information. You will not permit others to access your account and agree that you will be fully responsible for restricting access to your computer and account. You agree to accept complete responsibility for all actions taken using your account or password.

All material on is copyrighted and the property of ABP. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • All practice questions; and
  • All solutions to the practice questions

By taking this exam, you agree that you will not take any screenshots, photos, or otherwise engage in the unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, copying or other unauthorized use of any material on ANYONE WHO ENGAGES IN SUCH CONDUCT WILL BE PURSUED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. As someone who is hoping to enter into the legal profession, you are highly advised not to breach copyright laws.


You agree to indemnify the directors, officers, employees, owners, and any other individuals affiliated with ABP, their successors or assigns, from and against all loses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, suits, demands, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including legal fees and costs) which arise out of, relate to or result from your use of this website, including your use of the practice exam questions provided by ABP.
